Stephen is a visionary entrepreneur from Saint Lucia, and the pioneering mind behind Medial Health, a trailblazing technology startup dedicated to revolutionizing digital health solutions across the Caribbean. His venture was born out of personal adversity when a critical medical record mishap inspired him to reimagine healthcare documentation for the better.
Before launching Medial Health, Stephen carved a remarkable career at Goldman Sachs, where he held the prestigious position of Vice President within the Technology Division. With nearly ten years at this financial juggernaut, he demonstrated exemplary leadership in spearheading diverse teams and complex projects, particularly in the realms of cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and investment research. Stephen has also, in recent years, contributed to health system strengthening projects in Saint Lucia as a consultant.
Driven by an unwavering passion for technology, Stephen is committed to fostering innovation and operational excellence. He consistently challenges his team to think outside the box, relentlessly pursuing groundbreaking solutions to entrenched challenges. His leadership not only propels Medial Health forward but also contributes significantly to the technological advancement of healthcare in the Caribbean region.
Stephen studied Information Technology and Computer Science at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.
